RETURN POLICY
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
1. The customer must contact CB Racing Collectibles to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
To get your Return Authorization Number send an email to: Sales@cbracing.com
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages en route. No credit will be issued if the product shows signs of use or abuse.
Cancellation of nine (9) or more preorder items will result in a
10% NON REFUNDABLE deposit due for any future preorders. Cancellation of any preorder item after it is in stock will result in a 10% Restocking Fee

Shipping charges shown on the secure site are an approximation of shipping if all items
are shipped in the same box. If items arrive at different times shipping will be billed as necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is payment due for preorders ?
If you pay by Visa or MasterCard, the card isn't billed until items are ready to ship.
If you pay by check or money order, payment is due at the time the order is placed.
Why don't you list arrival dates for items ?
Due to the manufacturers lack of ability to get product to the market at the expected
date on most items, the dates listed are most often wrong and would only serve to confuse customers
I have seen an item listed as in stock on other sites or at a local store.
Why haven't I received the one ordered from CB Racing Collectibles ? On many items we receive partial shipments over a period of time.
This is the way Action ships to the distributors and we are most often supplied in the same manner
In some cases, we will receive as few as 12 pieces at a time on an order of 400 pieces or more. I placed an order a few months ago and haven't heard anything from CB Racing Collectibles.
Why don't you update customers on preorders that are on file for that long? Due to a need to keep our overhead low, (which keeps the price down) we don't have the manpower to do things of that manner.
If you place an order for an item it is kept on file until the item is in stock and ready to ship.
Don't worry if you don't hear anything from us, that is normal. We will get in touch with you if we have a problem with your order.
We will ship all orders as they arrive unless they are cancelled.
What methods do you ship product?
We ship UPS daily. All services they offer are available for your order.
I have seen an item item listed on another site, why don't you have it listed?
We do not list items until we have an item number from Action for a product.
Do you have a minimum amount for an order?
We don't have any minimum order, but generally with a preorder of 1/64's we don't ship them less than $40 at a time
or until the full order is available.
If you have more than one preorder on file, we will try to combine them in order to save you freight charges.
